I was in charge this year to organize our "treat" for our anniversary so I made plans for us to go to a spa on Saturday... but I still wanted to do something nice for Evan on our day...so I called Bethany up and asked her directions in how to make a super yummie cheesecake...so I did it... my first time...and soooo good!

Wow, good job! I've never made a cheesecake... too afraid I would just eat the entire thing myself... And congratulations on quatro anyos! And you look very sweet holding that cake. I hope Evan appreciated it!
