Vancouver is already a beautiful place...
one of the most beautiful cities in the world....
But these days is looking even more beautiful!
I love being here for this.
We spend all day yesterday at the Richmond "O" Zone.
We went ice skating. The kids were so excited and everyone loved it :D
I love seeing everyone in their Canada gear, looking all red and patriotic. All cheering for their country to succeed! I LOVE the Olympics.
I always cry.... watching the Opening Ceremonies I couldn't help myself again.
It is too exciting. These athletes preparing forever to reach higher... effort and sacrifices being honored... it is too great!
I couldn't help but get teary eyed when seeing team Georgia.
They lost one of their own... too sad.
But he died knowing that he made it to the Olympics...probably a dream come true for him... and he died trying! Doing something he loved...so, good for him!.
We have a busy day planned for today as well... And we have the Valentine's dance at the Stake center today!!!
Evan is off school...but man, these are going to be BUSY days!!
